Justin Shinko originally contacted me when he was branching off from his first realty company and looking to continue his career through his own business: Shinko & Associates
Shinko & Associates has grown rapidly since its beginnings in March 2024. In just 4 months, Justin has been able to get over 18 home-buyers under contract in the Upstate, SC. One major factor that helped accelerate this type of expansion was getting Justin a consistent marketing stream.
Steadily posting photos, reels, stories, or videos to your timelines and feeds will significantly increase your engagement. Having someone like me to help you make that content while you're busy with the business can take a huge load off of your shoulders!
When filming, I stay behind screen using my camera attached to a gimbal (stabilization rig) to get the most stable shots, while still having mobility to catch moments on the spot. I also hook Justin and his guests up with a wireless microphone that has noise cancellation to get the best audio, without having to worry about any background noise.
To begin his launch, we created a video explaining his transition and how it would be beneficial for not only him, but also his clients. It was important to create something energetic and engaging, while also keeping it informational.
That video has garnered over 15,600 views across his accounts and helped kickstart what is now a very successful realty business.
We also took headshots of Justin so he can use them to market himself whenever he needs.

A few weeks after our first video, Justin had the idea to do a Q&A with his team detailing the house buying process and current market in the Upstate. So, we made graphics out of the headshots we took in order to catch his audience's attention and give them the opportunity to ask questions.
Then, we filmed and released the Q&A. He was even able to release it in parts and create reels to make even more content out of it.
Since then, I've helped Justin reach out to the local community in order to recruit associates for the team. The first hire he decided on was David.
It has been a privilege to watch Shinko & Associates grow from our first video to what it is now in just a short amount of time.
