We began by making as much content as possible to get Renaldo a stock of video to post, this way he could have a steady upload schedule without worry about whether the next video will be finished in time.

Each video needs planning and research, which Renaldo and I do together. We bounce ideas off of each other for future videos, as well as map out the best way to market himself to his audience. Not only am I a videographer, but I'm also a huge consumer when it comes to YouTube videos, TV shows, and movies. Renaldo is able to give his perspective from a realtor standpoint, while I can give mine from an audience standpoint. 

When filming, I stay behind screen using my camera attached to a gimbal (stabilization rig) to get the most stable shots, while still having mobility to catch moments on the spot. I also hook Renaldo up with a wireless microphone that has noise cancellation to get the best audio, without having to worry about passing planes, cars, and people.

It takes us a few hours to film each video and Renaldo usually receives them back within a week.
